Well, I read it again the other day and felt the need to re-edit parts of it / fix some grammatical errors. If you haven't read it before then I hope you can now and enjoy it. Reviews are like Halloween candy... I like to o'd on them :)
As Alice drove down the quays towards our apartment block, Bella was greeted with the River Liffey and all that surrounded it. “Wow. Oh, look at that. Wow.” I laughed, and she turned to look at me with a half-wounded look on her face.
“Am I being too much of a tourist?” she asked me.
“No, it’s just quite funny to see the city through the eyes of someone who has never been here before. I guess we are just jaded, eh Ali?”
“Don’t talk rot, Edward. You love this city and know the bones of it inside and out. You’d be the perfect tour guide for Bella. If it wasn’t for the fact that you’d hop on her faster than a fly on shite, I might actually let you show her around.”
Just a quick note to keep you all updated on what I am working on at the moment. In case you think I fell off the face of the earth or anything...
I am working on a new fic featuring an Irish Edward. I'm hoping to post the first chapter sometime in the next week so keep an eye out for it. Chapter 1 is written and is with beta and has been pre-read and i've gotten great feedback so i'm looking forward to your reaction to it.
I am beta-ing 'I Know Those Eyes' for C. Anna Cullen (cullenluv) - if you haven't read this story yet, then you are missing out. 'Prickward' is just too delicious for words.
Firstly, I need to apologise for the lack of updating. I got side-tracked . And then, I was running various Eclipse events and promos here in Ireland. All that has settled down now (all ended last night) and i'm back to concentrating on 'The Wine Tasting' which only has one chapter and and epi left anyway.
Secondly, some of you know that I have chronic insomnia caused by my illness (M.E) but a recent change in meds means i've been sleeping more hours than i've been awake which has also infringed greatly on my writing time. I even considered shutting down the ITS twi news blog for a time just to concentrate on writing but I was talked out of it.
However, as one of my betas Cullenluv will testify,even after all that, it came as a shock to me when I realised it's been 2 months since I updated TWT. Where did the time go? Seriously, I feel like i've lost a month somewhere. If anyone finds it please give it back :)

Bella Victoria’s eyes had flashed in the darkness and I could have sworn she’d been staring directly at me. My ankle was already throbbing and I knew if she came back to investigate, I had no way to escape...And no one knows where you are. Good job, Bella, just fucking stellar.
So here's the news. It's been *counts* 16 days since my surgery. It all went very well apart from the extra day I had to spend in the hospital. I am only now beginning to feel back to 'normal', whatever that means and have just started to write again in the last couple days.
I have lots of chapters in my head but getting them down on paper when I have the energy is a whole other story. I'm still taking enough medication to knock out a small elephant but that will finish this weekend so i'm hoping even more normality will resume next week.
I have half of the next chapter of The Wine Tasting written in my head. Again, I just need to get them typed and beta'd and they will be with you as soon as I can physically do this. I'm a chronic insomniac who has slept more in the last 2 weeks than I have inthe last 2 years....this is not normal for me and I dont like it one bit LOL. How does anyone get anything done if they sleep??? Jeez....
Anyway, I hope you'll bear with me. WineWard will be with you soon.

If you follow my work on Fan Fiction.net then please note I have changed my penname from IrishTwilightSisters to just IrishTwiFicster. There is logic to the madness - some people assume the 'sisters' part of my original penname meant there was more than one author to the stories.
Not so! It's just lil ol' me, I promise.
And finally, you all know by now, that i've not been well. I'm still on bed rest and writing when I can. Thanks for bearing with me. If anyone knows a good general surgeon who can do a quick gallbladder-ectomy, let me know. ;)
